Integration Services @ Decision Interface Decision Interface provides the project planning, project leadership, functional expertise, and technical expertise necessary to ensure a successful implementation, ready at the go-live date. The  rigorous approach we take ensures that the project results in a robust production system that meets all customer needs for traditional implementations as well as accelerated implementations.
The cornerstone of the DII implementation methodology (ManageIT) is the project plan. The project plan includes a detailed assessment of the scope. It identifies all activities necessary for a successful implementation, establishes schedules, and delineates resources for and responsibilities of all team members. After completing the project plan, the team embarks on the implementation. Implementation starts with prototyping, which includes a fit/gap analysis, through system design and configuration, extensive testing, and transition to production. Throughout the process, DII works diligently with the customer to achieve maximum knowledge transfer.
Decision Interface's proprietary issues tracking tool, TrackIT, supports DII's methodology. It is used to track all issues and decisions that occur during the design phase of the implementation. TrackIT allows the team to log all customization requests and their associated estimates, as well as all patches, fixes and vendor calls. TrackIT greatly facilitates configuration control and documentation throughout the project.

While our consultants advise customers to limit customizations to those items that are absolutely essential to the business, DII is fully capable of performing sophisticated customizations when necessary. Data Conversion
Decision Interface has experience converting data from numerous legacy systems. We have a library of data conversion mapping tools, and we are equipped to advise customers on various data conversion strategies.
Implementation Services
DII provides functional and technical consultants with extensive experience in the software product as well as its application within organizations. DII brings to every engagement a wide variety of implementation tools including project plan templates, online design documentation, data conversion mapping templates, baseline test scripts, report templates, and training.
