Mr. Rinehart has over twenty-five years of professional experience in information technology management and consulting. Mr. Rinehart’s proven ability in business development, marketing, client relations, team building, motivation and administration are valuable adjuncts to his consulting expertise and experience.   Gary is an internationally recognized speaker and author of numerous articles on Executive Information Systems, Project Management, Decision Analysis, Business Graphics, Corporate Models, the Outsourcing phenomenon and Benchmarking Information Technology organizations.  He is a Certified Data Processor (CDP) and a Certified Project Manager (CPM).

 

During his external consulting career he has developed long-range strategic plans for the future use of information technologies for numerous clients including: a large integrated healthcare delivery enterprise, a $2B public utility, a large multi-campus private university, an extended education department for one of California's leading universities and one of Southern California's leading five-star resort complexes.  Gary has successfully managed the consulting practices of three leading ERP implementation providers including Oracle Corporation.  He has managed five large Oracle ERP implementations and three Oracle internal development projects.  Gary has thorough knowledge of human resources, public utilities, healthcare and financial applications' functional design and implementation.  He is skilled in a wide variety of hardware, software, operating systems, implementation methodologies and performance metrics.
