Mr. Spitler provides proven senior leadership and team-building experience in establishing service and support groups for nationwide organizations and for managing of successful projects for solutions for large, complex business objectives. He has a broadly based knowledge and experience in information management for a wide variety of industries including healthcare, financial, commercial, government and outsourcing sectors. He has defined and implemented policies, procedures, methodologies and operational processes for all levels of business from direct customer interface up through executive-level regulatory compliance.
Loring continues an adaptive career based upon regional management and organizational development positions with Unisys (Burroughs) with direct responsibility for hundreds of client projects in numerous lines of business. His teams have developed, installed and provided world-wide support for an administration system for radiation oncology treatment centers. He has supported the evaluation, prototyping and piloting of healthcare EMR, telemedicine, e scripting and point of care patient information systems. He has provided consulting services for analysis, auditing and enforcement of IT privacy, security and regulatory compliance.
